Rev limit question

I don't know if you've been following any of my other threads, but the customer wants me to try straighten out his shifting problems. This is kind of un-related to shifting (kind of) but Ive noticed it tags the rev limiter at around 6700 RPM, it looks like the rev limiter should be 6200 not 6700, what am I missing??

I've looked under rev limiter and all the rev limiter functions are set to 6200.
