Ok i just downloaded v7 and v8. Figured out that i have to use v8 too upload files from my truck to the v2 then use v7 to edit the files to make a tune. I tried to change some parameters and it says that im in demo and need to put in my license. I did.what im i doing wrong?

When you enter licence type it needs to be "Commercial Scan and Tune"

Make sure you dont enter your name (if it's on your blue card), that the issue date is in the correct format (DD-MMM-YYYY) AND matches that on your blue card. The FS serial number and Registration key should be self-explanatory.

Or just plug in the V2 to the computer...

I "think" having a V2 plugged in when you start V7 will remove demo mode for the duration of that session (IE. you need to attach the V2 every time you start V7 if you don't enter the license details.)

you have to run as admin, and you have to run the EFILive software as admin.
