Access Violation

Every time I open V7.5 I get the following message about 100 times

"Access violation at address 005A04BC in module 'EFILive_Tune.exe'. Read of address 00000064."

Sometimes the software opens sometimes it does not unless I click the icon several times.

This is all new software downloaded last night.

Open the V7 scantool and do Help-About, what build version does it say...?


Re-download and re-install, let me know what happens after that.
