Hello, I am trying to get all my ducks in a row before starting my tuning. I am building an 04 4.8 silverado 5spd with a custom built forward mount turbo system, I have a set of trick flow 55# injectors (http://www.trickflow.com/partdetail.asp?part=TFS-89055&autoview=sku) and was wondering if someone could give me a run down of where and what needs to be done to tune these in. I am also wondering if the maf will be able to handle/accurately read 12psi of boost or should it just be eliminated? thanks. Eldon.

Those injectors are rated to flow 55 lb/hr (6.93 g/s) @ 43.5 psi.

Your rail pressure (to be measured with reference hose removed) would be 58 psi;

scale IFR for 58 psi as follows: 6.93 * sqrt(58.0/43.5) = 8.00 g/s

If FPR is manifold-referenced, then B4001 IFR table is 8.00 g/s all across;
If FPR is un-referenced, then B4001 IFR table starts at 8.00 g/s in the zero VAC cell, and slopes up according to 8.00 * sqrt((400+VAC)/400) (or use the spreadsheet).

THEN:
you have to populate as many of the other injector tables/parameters from the injector specs.

ALSO:
You then edit B3701 VoltagexMAP correction to make it flat all across or sloped.

Eldon, sorry I didn't see your post back in 2013.
