07 5.9 OS/Calibration differences

I am trying to understand the OS/Cal. differences available. My 07 5.9 auto has a os 11450201 and cal#45325753AG. I have been trying to compare to other files on tune file depot and I dont see any differences in them? I have been wondering if a different OS or Calibration might be better to use as a base file for my truck?

I guess I will just have to try the others and see if anything improves?

We don't know every difference between them, sorry, it will just be for different transmission and truck configurations.
