V2 Not Working/ or connected

I have not used my scanner tuner since.... ahwile any way went to read balance rates and it says it is not connected and I get err messages.
I have installed all updates ....I think but still will not work when I hooked up to the LB7 will not connect nothing HELP Please.
I have uninstald the 180 version and now have the 244 version . Im bafefled to say the least spent all that $$$$ and cannot use it for now .......But i'll keep trying...........................!!!

Did you uninstall the new USB driver and install the old one ( Start->All Programs->EFILive->V8->Driver Manager (or similar)...?
