check engine light starts flashing after a min or so of idle , i am shure it has to do with my not stock rough cam see sig. i have searched high and low for a solution to this problem , i checked for codes and have none . light will stop flashing as soon as engine comes off idle 1000 rpms or so and smoothes out. Is ther a way to lax the 0300 , i have mil set to no- , what else can i alter to poss fix this thanks in advance chris.

Flashing MIL indicates misfires detected.

Did you populate B3647 correctly...?

Did you populate the new tables Axxxx correctly...?

Post tune file.

i do think i got the axxxx set close did turn off tps ve and forced octane scaler didnt think i was ready for those yet. but i was unaware of b 3647, doesnt look like my original file had this , or is it called something diff? trying to learn how to properly tune , i did get my lc1 working. and just got my fuel pressure sender and plan to wire in to egr pins soon. I love the controlls this efi live gives me , thanks again for your help and input!

Hi Chris,

B3647: this is a re-mapped B3605 (the ECT axis is changed to RPM).

A0008: how did you come up with this curve...?

The PCM is telling you that the mixture is either too lean or too rich for the engine to idle properly.

Were you able to idle below 1000 rpm without misfires before upgrading to COS5...?
If so then I think A0008 may be part of the problem;
take a look at how B3605 varies with ECT, you can duplicate this in A0008.

Did you already do Idle tuning before COS5...?
Was it idling good before COS5...?
After doing full flash of COS5, did you do cal-only flash of your previous 12212156 tune (i.e. to copy all your non-COS parameters/tables)...?

Is this a 2001 Corvette Z06...? What was the stock OS...? Which 12212156 file did you use (so you could goto COS5)...?

Other concerns:
- B3647 is lean in the high MAP columns (in the V7 tunetool go Edit->Properties and set Fueling Units to EQR, restart tunetool, and redo B3647).
- B3609 has a 1s delay (set it to 0.01s).
- the 105kPa columns of B0101 and A0009 are different (should be the same; A0009 should "flow" from B0101).

everything in this tune was in car previous to cos5, u helped me with installing the cos5 from my stock file 2001 corvette zo6. i have been working on the lc1 install so i can hopefully tune it correctly but i am unshure of injector size, it looks to be the stock inj part numbers 26lb per h? now that i have the wideband installed i am ready to begin to fix the problems with the tune, i am not shure where to start

Ok, then it looks like you need some idle tuning...

That tune looks more like 42lb injectors. If you only have stockers in there, then you're 40% lean before you even start.
The numbers in the VE table also look low to me - particularly the first few rows, even when considering the inefficiency of your cam down low.

Between just those 2 things, I'm surprised if would idle at all. The MAF is probably saving you.
WeathermanShawns's M6 base tune (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?14439-Idle-Tips-amp-Tricks&p=129525&viewfull=1#post129525) is probably a fair starting point, if you would rather not start from a completely stock calibration.

i did a log with wide band on car and was at 14.7 pretty steady untill i lifted off gas at for just a sec. my inj duty cyl was 65% na @wot , and with 100 shot -5degrees time and 1.0 factor duty cycle reached 74% i seemed safe to me also showed no kr but it was 45 degrees f. I will read over all of the info and get this thing to idle right and maybe it will be more smoothed out everywhere , thanks again
