First, thanks Ross for working with me on the tables on the Bastard E39....lol. Havent had the slicks on yet, but throttle seems mucho better and it drives like stock!
I built a 3.6 with twin borg warner efr turbos (62s I do believe). 18-20 psi on pump gas, 100% meth, Wiseco forged pistons (10:1), R and R forged rods, stock crank, block, heads and cams as well as stock intake. ZL1 intank pump.
The DI pump maxes about 500 rwhp or so, maybe a little more. So I dialed the tune in for that so the rail pressure stayed around the commanded 2175 psi. Then we made a plate to go beneath the intake manifold, put a single pro style NOS Alky fuel solenoid, and individual single nozzles with #14 jets to add supplemental fuel. Its controlled by a device that Julio at Alky control built for us, triggered off MAF Freq.
Knock is nowhere to be found, likes to be run richer than Id have thought, but it really rips. So well that it fried the pissy 6l50 on the 4th pull on the highway today. It has a circle D 4000 converter as well.
Boost controller is only at 70% duty, so with some race gas, well push a little harder. Tuning was done with EFILive by myself with a lot of help from Ross at EFILive.
