E78s havent been updated in a while, my 13 Sonic RS isnt supported by EFILive either. I sent my file (manual trans) back in July.

So sorry Erik, that was an oversight on my part, I thought we had done all the E78 OS's except for the 2014 6.0L Trucks. I have been concentrating more on the E83's of recent times as all the small engines are changing over to that ECM, our local 1.4L Cruze has been using the E83 since 2013. I just checked my development files and it looks like 12655493 has had a fair amount of mapping done (I assume that is what you are running?)

12655493 yep, that's the one. Honestly I would have been pushing harder, but Ive just pulled the tune and driven it. Havent logged it much yet, just dont have the time right now unfortunately.

Interesting to hear about the E83, I know the 1.8L in the Sonic/Cruze use it. Really have to wonder why GM would use the E78 if the E83 could handle it?

I have been waiting for support for the same 12655493 OS for my 13 Cruze, along with the support for 24265790 T76 6spd. Is there some way to get CAX files to be able to check out the data, with or without being able to do reflashes?

I leave for PRI in a week, I'll see what I can cobble up before I go to get you all on your way.

Ok, I didn't get there sorry, but someone had asked about a E83B stock tune, so here one is.

So 12655493 is progressing, just not ready yet? I am waiting anxiously for that OS so I can start tuning my 2013 Cruze. This is the longest I've had a bone stock vehicle, and I am starting to get itchy! :Eyecrazy:

Also, I would like to second TCM OS 24265790. There are a few annoyances I would like to tune out.

Keep it up guys! We appreciate the hard work. :good:

It's progressed further up the list. I don't have an exact timeframe.

Cheers
Cindy

We have a lot of E78, E83 and E39A unsupported files sent in from all over the world, it's pretty hard to manage actually, the sheer number of updates GM are pumping out worldwide is crazy.

Would it help get this progressed faster, if I submitted a read of my ecu?

Also, if I did this, would it be better for it to be a stock file or is it okay for it to be my currently modified tune? (HPTuners)

Thanks, we have the reads, we can't map them unless we get a read. Modified files are actually worse because the pattern matching we do on the maps no longer exists.

I'm dying waiting to fix my VVE tables.

Can we get a rough idea how long until support for 12655493

right now, I'm trying to make small changes to the coefficients with my buddy's HPTuners and I'm getting very far with it.
I've managed to get rid of the dead zone where the ECU decided the engine didn't need any fuel and it runs much smoother, but I need a good and fast solution

Any news on 12655493 reads? Ready to tune my '13 Sonic Turbo and don't want to buy into other software if I can use my V2!

There is another thread which has the calibration file that you may need you be able to tune, but some people do not need to manually download the file. Reading wasn't an issue. I can't remember the thread but it was in this section

Just found the thread, time to start sniffing around my tune!
