Hanging while opening Csp files

Has anyone else had trouble with csp files hanging while opening? Im running the NOV, 7th release and havent had trouble with anything except csp files. You can create a file and modify it ok, but once its saved it wont be able to be re-opened. It will display this error message, and it will only do this to brand new files. I can open my older csp 5.9 stuff, 6.7 and all duramax stuff just fine. 16160

It looks like the file was originally saved on the desktop, than it was renamed, moved or deleted from the desktop and now EFILive can no longer find it. When you save tune files you should save them in the \My Documents\EFILive\V8\tune folder.
Just because the file is listed in the "quick-start" list in the EFILive V8 window does not mean the file still exists in the same place on your hard drive as when EFILive last used it.
