Custom Tune Help

hey guys. building a tune for my 2005 chevy 2500HD 4wd 6.0L w/4L80E trans. trying to get more take off, low-mid range power/torque. cant spin the tires still for some reason. any help with this tune would be greatly appreciated!! also i always run 93 octane. the modded tune is what i built & am running. the other is a stock.

mods-airaid intake/throttle body spacer, 4.56 gears, 35in tires, magnaflow exhaust (true duals w/o cats)

made some minor adjustments to my origional tune. still need help with air/fuel ratio & spark advance.
