01 LB7 PCM in 04 LB7 truck?

Are their any issues with using PCM service number 09388505 from an 01 truck in an 04 LB7 truck. Of course doing the full flash of the 04 OS into the PCM. No issues in doing so is there?

I have done it 100's and 100's of times, in fact back in 2006 it was tested extensively, the only thing you can never do it flash back to the 2001 OS as it will permanently lock the oil life at 0%

I figured it was just fine doing so but just wanted a sanity check because I am doing a DSP5 tune for a customer on an 04 LB7 and having some screwy issues that I am trying to get sorted out. Was just trying to rule out any of the little possibilities even if they wouldn't appear to be related to my issues or not if you know what I'm saying.
