Questions about upgrading from V1 to V2

I am wanting newer better tuning software that will allow me to do more vehicle such as the v6 camaros, E38, e40 computers, ETC. I mave several customers now that consistently change setups and have alreay paid for a credit...If I send in my V1 to get the V2 stuff to they put those VIN liocenses on the new V2?

Also What about buying a stream? would a stream cover 99-06 ls1B type computers and how much. Someone local said that you can apply previously purchased license to credit towards the stream...

Thanks for any help, I'm excited about getting newer more flexible software.

When you purchase a V2 as an upgrade to a V1, you can transfer all your V1 PCM licenses to your V2

( but note that after doing this once, the V1 is not eligible for any further updates )
