Hi, I am brand new to EFI tunning, I am currently building an RX7 with an LS1 out of a 2002 Holden Commodore. It is purely a race car running standalone harness and no BCM. I intend to run a race pack IQ3 logger dash with the interface connected through the obd2 port. I am trying to decide which tunning software to go with. Has anyone here done anything similar using EFI Live? One reason I like EFI Live is I am told I could run a valet tune to use as a pit lane speed limiter. Is this possible and can you switch to the valet tune by holding down a momentary switch or flicking a toggle switch? Appreciate any help or advice.

cant help u with the iq3 side of things, but the valet mod activates exactly how you describe it once setup.

i.e pin to ground.

Thanks for the reply, good to know that side will work for a pit lane speedlimlter. Can't do that with HP Tuners so EFI Live is looking more attractive from that side. My next question is how user friendly is EFI Live for someone that wants to learn to do their own tuning.

Download and install the V8 software (new scantool, and V2 black box logging/flashing configuration software) that same thread.
