Can I switch around the column/row units?

I was wondering if it was possible to switch the column units, to the row units an vice versa. Basically I have an HP tuners file I'd like to copy a timing table from but the column/row units are opposite from EFILive.

In V7.5 there is a "Conversions" tab at the top right ... you can create a table then switch the axis by using the "Transpose" feature ... or use Excel.
