Table/parameter requests

Hi All,

We can't guess what tables you guys want/need so it's probably easier to put it to you all.
So far for the next update we have the following things to include into the editor.
1 - MAF rationality test limits (P0101)
2 - CARS/CAGS settings
3 - Cat Converter test.

Any other critical ones we are missing......we'll do our best to include them.

I may be wrong but I think that is allready there listed under the o2 tree "O2 switch Point"
