Hello I just placed an order for a V2 License and I need some help please. The email said the authcode was invalid.

Orders that require attention are processed periodically throughout the day. It is also the first task performed in the office each day. Your order was placed at 11am Monday morning NZ. Orders that fail automated processing ARE NOT processed on weekends or out of hours.

Orders that meet the automated criteria are processed immediately, your order did not meet that criteria. In future if you wish for your orders to be processed immediately, you will need to ensure the data entered is correct.

Forum staff do not have access to our sales systems. Your enquiries need to be made to the address detailed above. However I can confirm your order has now been processed.
