I had a customer come in with a 5.3 11' Colorado the other day, he swapped a set of electric fans to it. I've got the fans set to Discrete and have followed the same idea as programming them on an E38 controller. (25-89% turns on fan 1 and 90-100% turns on fan 2). However with the E67 controller it doesn't want to work. I just cant get the fans to turn on, I've also applied the patch to adjust them at lower temps. I can force them on via the DVT outputs however I cant get the computer to control them on its own. The coolant temp PID is reading correctly so I know that's not it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!!
Mike

Fans fixed ... should work now. Just a reminder - Low E-Fan is wired to C1 (Blue) pin 54, and High E-Fan is wired to C3 (Grey) pin 49.

The E-Fan PWM% breakpoints in this particular tune are as follows:

Fan 1 OFF = 40.0
Fan 1 ON = 44.0
Fan 2 OFF = 85.0
Fan 2 ON = 90.0

Enjoy ....
