No injector balance rate reading when scanning

I just bought an 03 duramax with a zf6 manual Trans. When I connect to scan there are pid's for the balance rates but its not giving me values. Tried the V2 on my other 03' with allison and it displayed them just fine. Also up to date on firmware and all recent downloads.. Any help would be appreciated.

I sort of had this issue although my problem was I didn't have the balance rates to choose. I tried a lot of different things and nothing helped. Finally one of the guys on this forum suggested that I uninstall the software and reinstall it. That worked for me.

I know it's a pain in the backside, but if all else fails give it a shot.
