If you have a 4L80E file with the same OS id as what your COS is based on, then do this:
- open your GM OS (that your COS is based on) as the calibration,
- open the 4L80E file as the alternate,
- do Edit->Copy Entire Segment->Transmission,
- save the calibration file,
- full flash the calibration file into PCM,
- do COS update (full flash the empty COS file, cal flash the calibration file, edit COS tables to sanity).

That is because 1290005 is an EFILive COS. It is based on Holden OS 12225074 - which was never offered with a 4L80 - so there is no available 4L80 segment to swap.

01290005 is the COS from 12225074.
This indicates you're working on a Holden.
Since Holden has never offered a 4L80, there is no matching tune that EFIL can do the trans segment swap with for you.

You will have to swap to an OS like 12212156 (which came with 4L60E or 4L80E... you will have to copy your tables over, one-by-one).
Note: always do the segment swap first, and then do the COS upgrade... do not do the other way.
