2007.5 troubles, won't flash

I'm having issues with trying to flash a customer truck. The truck is a 1 owner and has been completely stock until now. 2007, QCLB dually, manual Trans. Build date is 02/07. When I try to load the tune it goes for about 14 seconds and says "Script exited with code $0548. Flash checksum failed. Please retry flash procedure" I have tried to reflash the factory tune back in, but it does the same thing. I know there were some issues with trucks that had previously been tuned with a smarty, but I know for a fact that this one has been completely stock until now. Any ideas?

Are you using a file you read from that specific controller?

Keep flashing and don't touch anything, don't even look at the truck. Although I have much better luck with flashing Cummins compared to LLY trucks, I have gotten this before on known stock files. After a couple flashes it has always took for me.
