E78 PE not following my tunes command

I have a tune and short scan attached below. I can change the PE enablers and values to whatever I want and it seems the ECM just does as it pleases.

On my LS1 1MB PCM PE kicks in perfectly, every time, to whatever adjustment I want.

Am I missing something, or is EFILive missing some tables? (I know E78's lack many tables vs E38)

Is PE enabling...? Look at B0156 and B0157.

B0156 = Throttle Threshold >> Throttle at 100%
B0157 = Load Threshold >> Should be close to atmosphere (wide open)

I believe both of these should be met as the vehicle was wide open from 0-100mph, correct?

edit: In the attatched log it takes 5 seconds to go into what looks like PE, but then it goes richer than the values I have entered in the tune...?

Try to disable cat protection P0804 and zero out p0168 and p0158

I got a better one, my tune's commanded PE... CHANGES ITSELF! Too busy to post about it, but I'll get around to it.
