Been awhile since I've done or posted anything too handicapped so here we go!

I'm setting up one of Chris's Analogue to Serial convertors which emulates a PLX WBo2, when I chose "BEN_1 serial" from calculated and drop it in the left screen it changes to BEN_1 analogue....

Have added BEN_1 to the v7 tab and it doesn't seem to "stick" and it won't automatically select after logging, if I select it manually the data is all there.. any ideas guys?

Ok with Chris's help have got it sorted, there's still the Naming Bug though, checked it on my Laptop and it does the exact same.

You have to specify the calc pid's full name: CALC.BEN_1

post screenshots.

The instructions say to leave "CALC" off the name, in this case we needed to add "E38" ;)

I don't follow... where did you have to add "E38"...?

In the V7 button, that's a separate issue that's resolved, if you look at the screen shots in the first one you'll see the Serial PID selected, when it's added to the configuration it magically changes to Analog (still works as serial just the name is incorrect making it look like there are 2x BEN1 Analog pids...

Ah, I see.

Ah, I see.
Still functions as the serial PID just loses something in the translation,

Not a huge bug but maybe one that needs looking at?

I hesitated to post the pic in case someone "flogged" it ;)
