I just switched to the 6006 os on my 01 and now the dsp output remains on with the RAP after key off. And even with RAP inactive the output remains on for probably 10 seconds after key off. Not only that but the output cycles on for a second every key on. the original os dsp output worked flawlessly, engine off and my lift pump shut off instantly. was wondering if this is a known problem and if there is any better os then the original 01 but without this pesky issue?

and besides that where can i get a good clean stock tune for an 02 with the 6006 cal?

Ok, my mind is fuzzy on the operation but the output is shared with the IAH output, that has to be disabled or it will act like an IAH circuit still.

Interesting, I have no issue getting rid of the IAH entirely as I live in Florida and have never once even really needed the glow plugs to work. still doesn't really make sense that the heater would operate this way, staying on after key off.

I disabled the heater and it made no difference

Which DSP are you using, DSP2 or DSP5?

I have a 15186006 OS that I used on my 2002 and used the DSP Output to control N20 without issue.

PM you email and I will send you the original TIS file that I know worked fine for years and years on my 2002.

I used it for triggering N20, lift pumps, other relays, many trucks I tuned used the output to trigger different accessories.

Thanks Tony, I figured after all this time there couldn't be an issue.

Nope, it always worked flawlessly for me.
