Pids not showing up in scan for the diesel motors in the bbx

I was uploading the scan pids to my v2 and a autocal I am fixing to ship out. Found the pids in the scann part of the BBx saying unknown? Did uninstall and reinstall v8 on my laptop. What is my next step

You can capture a screenshot using your PC directly by doing this:


...
1. press PrintScreen or PrtScrn on your keyboard;
2. paste into an image editor such as IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com) or Greenshot (http://getgreenshot.org/);
...

(much more readable than your phone shot)

Sorry it was this morning when I was able to send photo. Laptop is at home. Off doing a service call. Will have a better photo late on
