e38 FULL FLASH not RECOMMENDED

i am trying to flash 12639270 onto 12653249 controller i get a error telling me that its not compatible, yet the document for flashing e38 says it is compatible.

can i flash this?

Are you using V7.5 or V8?

OS12639270 was used by 2011 Camaros and Corvettes. OS12653249 was used in 2012 by Corvettes and Trucks. Both of these OS are compatible with E38 Service Number 12633238. While E38 Camaros and Corvettes used the same throttle body, the Trucks used a different throttle body. Out of caution, it may be prudent to flash the E38 via TIS/SPS - to ensure correct throttle body operation.

i dont know how to or have the hardware to flash via TIS/SPS, where would one go to get this done? i am north of Toronto (Canada) 1 hr can they do this with only pcm or do they need the whole car?
