Problems with Autocal on E67 ECM

I have had no issues with the Autocal's on E38 ecm's but I have a customer here with a 2009 ZR1 with an E67 ECU and I am doing the same procedure of "save file for remote flashing" in 7.5 and then using EFILIVEExplorer to try to load it into Autocal and it gives me a "this file is not saved for remote flashing" warning. and If i load it anyway then try to load it in to the car I get the $0502 error.

Any ideas or thoughts?

Has the AutoCal device been setup for BBX for E67?

With AutoCal connected to your PC, start the V8 Scan and Tune (S&T) software, click BBx, click Tune, select your ECM/TCM from the list, delete all others that do not pertain to you, click Save, click the down arrow next to Program, click Program All.
