From the Racetronix website (http://www.racetronix.com/621020.html):

Part Number Delphi D17208A (Lucas old 5207009, Lucas New 621020)
Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI (300kPa) = 31.6 lb/hr = 332cc/min = 239g/m
Static Flow Rate @ 58.0PSI (400kPa) = 36.5 lb/hr = 384cc/min = 276g/m
Dynamic Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI (300kPa) = 6.68 gm/pulse - 2.5ms pulse width and 10ms repetition rate
Dynamic Flow Rate @ 58.0PSI (400kPa) = 7.72 gm/pulse - 2.5ms pulse width and 10ms repetition rate

Additional Information:

Top feed disc injectors use a small disc with six holes around its circumference. The disc rests on a short chimney that surrounds a metering hole. As the disc is raised off the chimney by magnetic force, fuel flows through the holes in the disc, over the walls of the chimney, and out the metering hole to form a full, finely atomized cone.

Performance advantages over pintle injectors (i.e. Ford / Bosch & Accel types) as listed by Delphi:
• The flat mating surface ensures that no excess fuel is present to evaporate and therefore, no deposits or clogging can occur.
• Compatible with alternative fuels (i.e. Methanol)
• Longer service life
• High-speed disc action allows wider dynamic flow range for improved idling
• Quieter operation
• Revolutionary disc design resists build up deposits which can affect fuel flow.
• No Fuel leakage for quicker starts

Edit: Lowered Price

One careful lady owner. Only used in the car to get groceries from a store just around the corner ;)

Why are you selling bud?
Did you upgrade to higher flow?

I might be keen, Ill be able to tell you in about 10 days if you have still got them by then, after my heads and cam go in.

He has gone to FMS SVO 42's.

I would suggest that you will need higher flow injectors with your head/cam thing. With stock motor I find the duty cycles go up real high (probably like you do). I think the 30'ish size is a nice size for what you and I are doing. I think my 42lb SVO's will be still a bit big for cam only, when I finally get there.

Upgraded to 42's to support near-future mods.

Seems upgrading to larger injectors to properly fuel a modded engine is the best kept secret in the lsx world. I suspect I will have them when you are ready.

Are you at liberty to elaborate on your H/C combo?

Certainly, cam is a crane HR14400067 grind, which is sold by sdpc, vinci etc. Specs are 220/224-114 or 282/286 at 0.006, IVC is 71 (4 deg adv) overlap is quite meaty at 57deg, not sure at 0.050. Lift 0.551 though in theory with 1.8 rockers its 0.583 (was sold rockers with my car but they are not there.. attempting to sort out now)

Heads are Dart Pro 1 LS1 205cc 62cc chamber. So just under 11:1 static. DCR around 8.3:1 IIRC.

I have an ls6 intake and injectors to go on there. My stock 26 are running 92% duty already without the heads and cam.

So if I max out the 28lb injectors Ill be knocking on your door.

I take it they are just plug and play? (ie) Swap for stock injectors and adjust ifr then drive. What about offsets? Stock?

sounds like a great set up. You will definately need larger injectors.

I have an IFR table for these (derived from the RHS spreadsheet), but I never got around to tweaking the IOS table.

what are you doing for valve springs and push rods?

Dart heads come with what I understand are comp 918 equiv springs.
Pushrods are stock...

while you are in there, you may want to go ahead and beef up your PR's. Stockers are easy to bend. They are also easy to replace if you are wanting to see how much they can take ;)

Hmm.. I wasnt going to rev past 6500.
I guess its the extra seat pressure, plus I think shifting down too fast is bad.
While its open I might replace them. Ill see what they cost :)
Thanks for the info.
