2014 Camaro ZL1 knock with low timing

ZL1 came to the dyno with 2.5 upper and a huge lower. Dealer installed, ID850s.
Stock read and scaled tune attached.

Issue is weak power on the dyno and knocking on ultra conservative timing.

I'm hoping somebody who has tuned one of these can look at this and tell me if I'm doing something wrong or it's the car.

Looks like burst knock, a predictive function of pending knock based on large MAP swings. Zero out the Burst Knock timing retard table.
