EDA Data Logging

I am having some trouble getting my V2 set up to do EDA logging. When I select the CMB controller, and then select EDA 1 from the right side, it is telling me that the Space required to program the V2 is 112%. I can remove some PIDs but the amount of space required never decreases in order to program the V2. Should I format Config file system to fix it?

EDIT: I finally realized that I had all of the other controllers selected too. I've got it going my way now.
