View Full Version : Idle AFR problem

I´m having problems to tune idle AFR. Car is ´98 C5 stock LS1 A4. I installed Procharger and 411 PCM and COS3 (02020003). I have FIC1000 injectors on E85 (scaled IFR -30%) and 2,5 bar map. Problem is that car idles at AFR 11.8 no matter what i do. If i change idle VE -20% car still idles AFR 11.8. Target afr stays 14.73. After starting warm engine idle AFR is where i tune it about a minute. Then it slowly goes to 11.8 and stays there. If i put car in gear AFR goes 14,7 where i had tuned it. But when changing back to neutral or park AFR goes back to 11.8. Here is my tune, log-file and my custom calc_pids. I use egr-input for wide band. I´m really out of ideas what to do next.

Do a search on B9021. It is just a minimum pulse width floor that you are hitting.

Thanks! I have never heard before about .cax-files but now i have and get that B9021 visible. Changed it from 1 ms to 0,125 ms and car idles perfect what ever afr i want :mrgreen:
