I have a friend with recently bought an 05 tahoe with a Magnacharger kit on it. The Dealer overwrote the tune and now i'll have to tune it. I had heard Magnacharger was selling these kits with EFI Live tunes they developed. Would anyone happen to have a stock file of theirs i may look at for a starting reference? I believe they use 42lb injectors with their kits.

thank you.

They responded with an hp tuners file they can send for $250, no thanks.

I just wanted to see their injector settings.

I just wanted to know what size injectors they sold with their kits, possibly injector offsets and other injector tables to input. This is really my only main concern since its an unknown to me. Internet searches seem to say 42lb injectors, They look like bosch so Ill just see how this goes tomorrow.

It should be easy enough to read the part number off the injectors.

I see I forgot to put that info in. There is no part number on them I have already tried to look them up before making this thread.

If I recall correctly, they included the 42lb (at 4 bar) 8.1 Marine injectors in their kits. For some reason, GM did not supply data on these injectors, that I know of. Redhotsupra, or someone else was working on developing data about 4 or 5 years ago, but I have never ran across the results.

Quick google search

Here are the specs on the 42# injectors I had. They were commonly know as 8.1 Marine Injectors.
Part Number 17113739 (OE Part # 25176061)

txt files are supposedly from a hummer with supercharger on it.

Thanks man. Ill download and look at these. I have been emailing them and they never gave me any help with their injectors let alone tell me they were 42#

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm in a similar situation and Magnacharger can't/won't help with the 17113739 injectors. I need the all numbers for an returnless style fuel system that I'm running with my Maggie. Thanks in advance.

Here's one I found that I think will be a good place to start.

Those tables are sloped...

IFR table is sloped with close-enough sqrt(pressure/pressure) relationship.
