I am trying to tune my first cummins and running into a major issue. The truck is an 08 with 27000 miles on it. it has never had any sort of tuner on it prior. i used the stock file from the truck when i built the tune . When i flashed my deleted tune in it set ecm code p0607 and went into reduced power mode. tried flashing agian and it worked fine for about a day then randomly on start up it set that same code again. tried flashing stock tune w/deletes back in and still after about a day of it working fine it throws the code. Has anyone had this issue and could help it is greatly apprciated thank you.

A P0607 could be caused by one or more of the following:
Loose ground terminal on PCM/ECM
Dead or defective (12V main) battery
An open or short in the power or ground circuit
Loose or corroded battery terminals
Failed PCM/ECM
Might be something to check.

might be worth starting fresh with a dealer flashed virgin tune or try your luck with a stock file from the repository.
are any parameters you changed out of bounds?
