I'm working on a friends Centri charged G8 GT. He was asking about a valet mode option, and I've since read as much as possible on the E38 COS. However he runs alot of various Ethanol rated fuels and I don't want to lose the Ethanol sensing option. I was looking at using a hidden dash switched relay to fool the PCM into thinking the oil temp (B5212) is at an out of ordinary range. Anyone see any limitations or complications with this?
