I have a 99 silverado with a 4l80e and a 3400 converter. All of a sudden i have no lockup. The converter isnt even a year old with 5k miles on it max. Under normal driving conditions After the shift into 4th gear at about 46 mph i can feel what seems like the converter locking up but more throttle reveals its not locked. I have attached a short log and my tune file. Could you guys tell me if something is off in my tune or if my lockup clutch is possibly toast? Thanks

TSTATE10 shows "TCC off due to minimum throttle".

Can you also log TP.

Here is the log with TP added. I dont know a whole lot about the trans side of tuning or diagnosing but it looks to me like everything i'm logging is working properly.

Log 6-25 shows TCC unlocking when TP goes to zero.

Remove TCCP, TCCPCSC, TCCECC, TCCCCCP, DTCCOUNT;

Add TCCSLIP, TSTATE09, TSTATE12, TIS, TOS, GEAR;

( keep TP )

( pid channel count should now be 24 )

Capture another log.
