Currently known issues and possible workarounds for the June 21, 2014 release of the EFILive V7.5, V8 software and the V2.07.62 FlashScan and AutoCal firmware.
The next update is due for release on or before July 5, 2014. When the next update is released, customers running the June 21 version will be able to update via the "Check for Updates" option.

Issue 1:
Some LML (E86) calibrations do not display correctly.
Workaround:
None, fixed in next update.
Issue 2:
*.coz files cannot be added to the BBx Quick Setup.
Workaround:
None, fixed in next update.
Issue 3:
E69 Black Box Logging does not start, all PIDs are incorrectly detected as unsupported.
Workaround:
Use E55 settings. Fixed in next update.
Issue 4:
KNKCYL1..KNKCYL6 PIDs are not available in Black Box Logging.
Workaround:
None, fixed in next update.
Issue 5:
Loading a BBX quick setup file can cause an "Access Violation" error.
Workaround:
Delete all existing BBX Scan and Tune items before loading a quick setup file, fixed in next update.
Issue 6:
Changing any DTC from Inactive to Active in LML tune files will cause a "Range Error".
Workaround:
None, fixed in next update.
Issue 7:
If you are Black Box Logging PIDs from an ECM and TCM simultaneously and you have selected a PID from the transmission controller (TCM) that has an identically named PID in the engine controller (ECM), then when the log file is loaded back into the V8 software for viewing, that TCM PID will be displayed as if it originated from the ECM. The PID's data will have correctly been logged from the TCM, only its name will appear to indicate that it was logged from the ECM.
Workaround:
None. It is a restriction of the *.efi (V7.5 log file format). That restriction will be removed and the TCM PIDs will display their true origin once the V8 scan tool software is available. Issue 8:
Adding files to the BBX quick setup list and then programming that quick setup list into AutoCal without first saving the quick setup *.bbx file will cause empty tune files to be copied to the AutoCal device.
Workaround:
Save the quick setup file using the "Save Quick Setup" drop down option on the [Save] button at the bottom of the BBX window before programming the quick setup into AutoCal. Fixed in next update.
Issue 9:
Calibration defintions for E38 OS 12618277 are not defined correctly. Do not edit/save tune files for that E38 operating system.
Workaround:
None. Fixed in next update.

Having an issue on an employee's laptop with an access violation erro at address 6C655304... Uninstalled , reinstalled, then installed the previous stable release and I'm still getting this same error as soon as you hit the tune icon in V8 scan and tune. It won't open a file up from direct double click in windows explorer or through the application.

In EFILIVE Explorer.exe Files wont just drag into the flashing window, It shows no response and the files do not move over. HOWEVER, If you copy the files on the desktop you want over, then PASTE them into the bottom right window, it will load on with no issues.

Having issues with transferring files to autocal using quick setup (F:6) V8. Firmware and bootblock on both devices up to date. Latest builds software versions. When I use quick setup and attempt to flash truck (CMB) it errors $0502. Checked the config files with explorer and CMB_R.obj and CMB_F.obj were both there. If drag the file, saved for remote flashing with tune tool, to autocal using explorer like I always have done all is peachy. Any ideas?

Thanks Jesse, they are way off. There might be other issues with that OS, unless I just got some fat fingers on those tables (strange it's only shown up now).

I can drag files from a folder in Windows Explorer to EFILive_Explorer and it works fine. Can you give any more details that will help me to reproduce the error you're seeing?
Regards
Paul

Can you please send the *.bbx quick setup file to me at paul@efilive.com so I can try and reproduce the fault?
