I blew up the motor in my Trailblazer SS (aluminum 6.0, 24 tooth). It is not salvagable. I want to use just an iron 6.0 engine, and was wondering if we can reprogram the ECU to work with a potential 58 tooth wheel (opens more possibilities at salvage yards).
Thanks

It would be an E40 for an 06 TBSS.

Just change the reluctors and sensors... = 100% right and reliable, just done an LS1 to Gen4 this way and it runs/starts perfectly 0 issues.
