I do mostly cummins stuff but I could use some help here with my fox I do a turbo ls1 in.. I have a 04 harness and a 05 ecu that allows for thottle cable and iac control says the ls1.com site. I need a file thats going to allow me to tune with speed denisty and let me run the throttle cable and iac. I can find a good stock file for this..

THanks for the help in advance

This will give you 2bar cos3 os, along with flex fuel support if needed. It's based on the 04 gto 1mb tune.

Thank you very much!
IS there now 3 bar support ?

This is the computer I am using as it has control for Iac and Throttle. 17098

that's a 24x file

What's that mean? Sorry new to the gas tunes

all ls1b controllers are 24x - for crank reluctor wheel.

Ok thanks. Will that file you sent me work with a three bar? Can I just change the scaling of is there a custom os for 3 bar

Tre-Cool

that will cover 3 bar. just need to setup the map sensor scaling and you should be set.

Thank you so much. I appreciate it. So I need to flash in the os also?

How do I remove edit the file so it don't see/ use MAF.

Remove the MAF, you should see an immediate MAF DTC.

Set C2901 to 1, set C6001 to 1-Trip.

17108 man I have tried this and its not letting me flash it in this is my OE file

OK I dunno I tried it a few times and it finally worked.. Cars much Happier now.. Now to work tunning... THanks boys.. How do I rescale the map for 3 bar? It only shows 280kpa

Tre-Cool
July 7th, 2014, 01:34 PM
the main ve map is from 0-105kpa - that's 1 bar. the custom efilive ve map is for your boost 105-205 is 2bar. 205-280 is for anything above 2bar.

I set C2901 to 1 but cant find c6001 and search comes up with nothing as well

Also is there a way to rescale intake air temp sensor and coolant temp sensor ?

C6001 is the Engine DTC Enabler table, it's in the Engine Diagnostics section.

Got one bank pulling -32 short term and other side is -5.

What are the long term trims...?

wickedcummins
July 18th, 2014, 01:45 PM
Are fuel trims are pretty far from each other. ltft bank 1 -6 ltft bank 2 -28.
Also another problem we have is injector pulse around idle is 1.7 ms. Adding 25 percent to the injector flow does not pull the fuel required to get the fuel trims in check at idle.

Sorry, I've been out for a few days...

the LTFT's diverging by a large amount across banks indicates a physical problem...

if LTFT2 is -28% then bank2 has something causing excess fuel (injectors sticking open...?)

Hacking the IFR table will not fix the problem, and if an injector is sticking open you will see no difference.

Is your FPR manifold-referenced...?

Your VE tables don't look correct/complete.

Are you using a wideband...? If so did you disable CL/LTFT/STFT/SOL (in B3647/B3649 stoich cells will do SOL/STFT trimming)...?

I am using the wideband on Dyno and a AEM uego. I got the fuel trims even know. The Map sensor was was not scaled right and was not reading 80kpa with engine off. But having issues on the dyno when we get under boost 10pd plus fuel trims keep trying to remove any fuel changes that I make!

Here is my latest 17169

Map sensor scaling was causing 1 bank to pull a ton of fuel but the other bank was not pulling an unreasonable amount?

Yes I still think thats weird also but now that I scaled the map sensor the sort term and long term seem fine. Now only under power is it trying to pull fuel when I try an add it.

Also when coming into boost I get real Rich for a min and it stumbles then it gets after it

Post new log file.

Is your FPR MAP-referenced or un-referenced...?

Post new log file.

Is your FPR MAP-referenced or un-referenced...?

its on a log from the intake.

joecar

its on a log from the intake. So your FPR has a reference hose that sees manifold pressure/vacuum...?

If so, then your IFR table is wrong, it should be flat, same value all across.

ok I set to 135.5 across the board and will test it tonight. Thanks Joe
