How do you get the correct TPS voltage to 0.5 to 0.6.Mine is 1.7 volts at start up.Is it suppose to be 0.5 all the time, even on cold start up? Do you oblong the holes in the TPS sensor that hold it to the TB?..............Paul

The TPS on the GEN3 motor is self adjusting. It is not like the L98/LT1 days where .5 volts represented idle. It will never read zero so don't worry about it. As long as the FS reads 99%+ the PCM will see WOT and I would think the lowest number is closed throttle.
