I just installed a 237/242 .603/.609 cam in my z06. I am tuning it next weekend since my wb is out of my car right now. I got the car to idle and drive pretty good but I dont want to mess with to much till I get my wb back in. WHen going from stock to a big cam is there a general rule of thumb on what to tweak the ve table to get it run? It idles right now but its really really rich, like I have little smoke from fuel coming out.

Closed loop will get taken care of with the o2 sensors.
Usually you can take a bit off the ve under 1200 rpm as its less efficient due to overlap. (eg) 1200 -10%, 800 -15%, 400 -20% but see how you go I made those numbers up.

Unless you are in open loop all the time in which case your ve could be anywhere now. Might be best to run closed loop till you get your WB back in action.
