Help tuning please

I'm new to this n it is my first time with a wideband. What do I need to do to send my tuner the info needed to tune my car. I have a lc-2 he needs aft n rpm recording. I downloaded the innovateworks3 software but idk what to do can somebody help me please

I just signed up to this form guy idk where to go I figured road runner is real time data logging. Don't give me a hard time in just asking for help
