5.9 CTD exhaust brake control options

I am have 06 5.9 CTD 48RE w/PacBrake truck and I am looking at what options can be configured with EFI.

Options I am looking at are torque convertor lock-up control, kick down and gear holding. Also can RPM thresholds be set for when the brake is activated by the ECM?
