Having some difficulties installing new updates. After checking is complete, getting Error $053B. Not seeing any information on internet related to this error. Anyone have any knowledge?

The first step is to make sure both parties (tuner and end user) are running the latest software and firmware on both PCs and both hardware devices. The latest release is dated July 19, and version numbers are listed on our website.
What vehicle are you attempting to connect to, and what process is generating the error? Software installation, reading the tune with AutoCal, flashing the tune with AutoCal , logging or something else?
Given the different ways AutoCal is configured and used by Tuners, we can attempt to assist you, but you should contact your Tuner too given thry know the specific configurations used in your device.
