I am new at this, but have had some good success with the tuning side, however I have not been able to hook up to the vehicle with the pass thru of the V2 and be able to monitor any readings on the dashboard. Is there anyone that can give me some advise on how to get the dashboard PIDs to read?

+1 read the scantool manual.

Where do you get up to (post screenshot)...?

Summary:
Did you connect to vehicle (round green button)...?
Did you validate pids...?
Did you select pids to log...?
Did you define charts/gauges to use those pids...?
Did you click the red record button...?

Have you managed to start logging Chris? PID selection can be a bit daunting at first, not only which pids to log but knowing why your logging those pids.
