I've been playing with my TCM tune trying to get the converter to lock up at WOT. I set D5233 TCC Apply Slip Inhibit to Disable and increased the on ramp rates in D5072. Currently the values are stock in the negative slip ranges, and I set the 200 column to 125kpa from 0-600 RPM, the 400 column to 175kpa from 0-600 RPM, and the 600 column to 250kpa from 0-600 RPM. I am getting lockup right after the 1-2 shift when I go full throttle off idle (see E60_054 log file), but if I roll into the throttle to go WOT or if I go WOT from a roll and let it downshift to 1st it won't lock until after 3rd gear even when it still runs through a 1-2 shift. I tried setting all 3 of the columns to 250kpa from 0-600 RPM slip with no change (E60_055 log file) Any ideas?

Did you try enabling the slip limit option, and then raising the slip limit amount?

I just tried that. Same results, if not worse. On a WOT run from a standstill the ramp rate seems to be slower even using the same settings, and I'm not getting lockup until after the 2-3 shift. Punch it from a slow roll results in about the same as with slip limit option disabled.

Also, it seems to be wiping the learned shift times every time I flash the TCM. I was told to read out the existing calibration file, adjust, and reflash, so that's what I've been doing, but every time I reflash the TCM I get delayed upshifts and really firm downshifts again. Any way around this? I'm doing a cal only flash, would a full flash avoid this issue?

Anybody have any ideas?
