anyone know how to defeat this? I have twin turbos(so it's blocked off) and I THINK my egr is unplugged, not sure(it's dark). Would plugging it in fool the ECM into thinking all is well? Anyone have proof that it does or doesn't hurt performance, I think it does.

You can check to see if it hurts performance by datalogging the Main Shot duration and comparing it to your fueling table. If you have 2900 msecs of fuel programmed for 100mm at 160kpa pressure, and you are getting a commanded value of 2200 (or other small value), something is defueling you.
