GMPP E67 Fan control

We have an LSX 376 installed in a 68 Camaro using the GMPP hot rod harness and E67. We have used these in the past with great results, but dont understand why they would remove the ability to control the fans. Is there a way to add this to these controllers? I see there is a system patch to allow control of the fans at a lower temperature, but without the parameter in the tune I doubt it will do much. Any ideas?

I swore it used to have fan control. I just opened a couple I tuned in the past and I swore I adjusted the fans on them and the tables are not there in EFI. I just tuned one with HPT and it had the fan tables. I do not know the year of the one I just tuned though.

The older GMPP OS (19211212) has partial E-Fan support. The newer GMPP OS (12638778) has none.
