I had the AEM failsafe gauge up and running great thanks to Blacky AND Joecar, but I took a 625 mile trip to LS fest and now my scan says free air and the ad1 voltage is steady at 6.36 volts , I checked the ad1 plug with a dvom and the voltage is fluctuating as it should. I Saved the pids and logs from a previous good log and used those and it worked one log, then after I flashed the changes and went back to attempting to log it went back to 6.36 volts. PLEASE help , I am losing drag time that is already paid for.
THANKS

On your FlashScan go into the self tests menu: F4->F4->F3
Make sure that the AD voltages displayed on FlashScan's screen match your DVM for the AD connector you are using. If not, then try a different AD port. If you do get a different A/D port to work, you will need to change your PID selection to match.

Paul

I added AD4 voltage to my pid list and swapped the analog orange plug over to AD4 and it shows the voltage fine. What exactly do I need to change to make AD4 my analog input for my wideband? I am looking for it, but tired and frazzled from a long day. Thanks for helping , as always!!!!

Change the AD1 PIDs to AD4, like this (using the LC1 definitions from sae_generic.txt as en example only). You would need to change whichever underlying calculated AFR PIDs are used by the actual wide band PIDs that you are logging for your AEM.

# Innovate LC-1 WBO2
# ========================
*CLC-00-932
V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD1}"
AFR 10.0 20.0 .2 "({EXT.AD1}*3)+7.35"
*CLC-00-933
factor 0.0 2.0 .2 "{CALC.AFR_LC11.AFR}/{GM.AFR}"

To this:

# Innovate LC-1 WBO2
# ========================
*CLC-00-932
V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD4}"
AFR 10.0 20.0 .2 "({EXT.AD4}*3)+7.35"
*CLC-00-933
factor 0.0 2.0 .2 "{CALC.AFR_LC11.AFR}/{GM.AFR}"

Awesome, thanks! ! !
I guess my V2 is showing its age. May need to send it in for freshening up .
Thanks again!
