Hello all, this is my first post but I've been lurking for a while soaking up the vast array of knowledge on here.
Quick question, what is the suggested baseline operating system to use for a classic car (no brake inputs, no oil pressure inputs, no neutral safety switch inputs to ECM) running a 2008 5.3L with LS2 intake/fuel rails, a 2008 truck DBW throttle body, E38 ECM, and a TKO 600? Long story short, tried a 2007 Silverado with appropriate DTCs raised and it continues to need a crank relearn procedure even with CASE disabled. Tried applying the appropriate voltage for the brake-on requirement as well as disabling the P/N input from the tune with no luck (using Tech 2). The only thing that hasn't been tried is starting with a 6 speed Corvette as a starting point to at least take the automatic transmission piece out of the equation. All parts are brand new including the E38.
Ideas?
