Hey guys,

I recently had my 4L80E rebuilt with a trans brake valve body. All forward gears work well but I do not have reverse. The manufacturer of the valve body said that I needed to turn the pressure up in reverse all the way. I did not see a table for just reverse, any suggestions?? I am using COS 5 and a 411 PCM, thanks guys.

There is no table for lin pressure in Reverse (or any gear)...

It sounds to me like the transbrake was installed incorrectly (leaks).

Ok, the trans brake works but only which means there should not be a leak but this is also happening at 210 PSI, I am only seeing 80 in reverse. The manufacturer of the VB said this is common and I just need to increase line pressure in reverse. But if there is no table I do not understand how this is accomplished.

Are you putting it in Reverse and pressing the trans brake button? That is how they operate. (At least the ones that I have seen.)
